*90 minute sessions are a common format for EMDR that can allow for working through more reprocessing each session.  They can be a good option for clients who want to accelerate reprocessing, foster opportunity for more depth and resolution within each session, or benefit from more time to get in touch with their emotions at the beginning of session or regulate at the end of session.  EMDR therapy is also offered in 50 minute sessions.  

Out-of Network Provider 

I am not in-network with any insurance plans.

However, I provide superbill statements that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement if you have out-of-network benefits.
